APCs help offset the expenses incurred by CIAS Journal in managing and maintaining the publication infrastructure and ensure that our journal remains open access and freely available to readers worldwide.

As an open-access journal, CIAS Journal does not charge subscription fees or access charges to readers. Instead, we rely on APCs to cover the costs of publishing and maintaining our journal. How much are the APCs for CIAS Journal?

The APCs for CIAS Journal are as follows:

- Research Article: $100 USD / ₹ 5,000

- Review Article: $75 USD / ₹ 3,000

- Short Note: $50 USD / ₹ 1,500

Please note that these APCs are subject to change and may vary depending on factors such as the length and complexity of the manuscript, as well as any additional services requested by the author.

Waivers and Discounts

CIAS Journal offers waivers or discounts on APCs to authors from low- and middle-income countries, as well as to authors facing financial hardship. Authors who are unable to cover the full cost of APCs may apply for a waiver or discount by providing relevant documentation or justification during the submission process. All requests for waivers or discounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the editorial team.

Payment Process

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication in CIAS Journal, authors will receive an invoice detailing the APCs and payment instructions. Payment can be made securely online using a credit card or through bank transfer. Once payment is received, the manuscript will proceed to the production stage, where it will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and formatting before being published online.
